Job Summary
Abhinandan Bajaj is looking for a customer-focused and proactive Service Advisor to act as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the service center. The ideal candidate will understand customer requirements, coordinate with the workshop team, and ensure a seamless service experience while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Inspect vehicles and prepare accurate job cards.
- Explain service recommendations, repair estimates, and delivery timelines to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team to ensure timely completion of work.
- Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles throughout the service process.
- Recommend value-added services, accessories, and maintenance packages where appropriate.
- Ensure quality checks are completed before vehicle delivery.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve service-related issues professionally.
- Maintain service records and update customer information in the dealership management system.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and service revenue targets.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma, Intermediate (12th Pass), or Graduation.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in customer service within the automobile industry is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in the automobile sector may also apply.
- Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Customer-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
