About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our clients' social media presence. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and social media trends, with the ability to execute engaging campaigns across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute complete organic social media strategies for client brands.
- Create monthly content calendars aligned with business goals.
- Publish and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Write engaging captions with relevant hashtags and CTAs.
- Increase organic reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement.
- Stay updated with social media trends and platform algorithm changes.
- Coordinate with designers and content writers to produce high-quality creatives.
- Analyze insights and prepare monthly performance reports with improvement recommendations.
Required Skills
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Social Media Marketing.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and insights.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
