Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving engagement, creating compelling content, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Manage daily social media activities, including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, and marketing teams to create high-quality content.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Track, analyze, and report social media performance using analytics tools.
- Increase followers, engagement rates, website traffic, and lead generation through effective campaigns.
- Manage influencer collaborations and online community engagement.
- Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, or similar.
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising and campaign management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of graphic design and video editing tools is preferred.

Salary:
As per company standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
