Senior Lead Generation Specialist (US/UK/UAE Markets)
About the Role
We are a fast-growing Digital Marketing agency expanding our footprint across the USA, UK, and UAE. We are looking for a high-energy Lead Generation Specialist who thrives on hunting for new business. Your primary mission will be to identify, prospect, and deliver "Hot Leads" to our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Prospecting: Identify and research high-potential B2B targets within the US, UK, and UAE markets.
- Multi-Channel Outreach: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cold Emailing, and other advanced tools to initiate contact.
- Lead Qualification: Filter and vet prospects to ensure only "Hot Leads" (highly interested and qualified) are passed to the sales department.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a clean and organized CRM, ensuring a smooth handover of leads to the closing team.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends in our target regions to refine outreach messaging.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven Track Record: At least 2+ years of experience in B2B Lead Generation specifically for International markets.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Hunter.io, or HubSpot.
- Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills (must be comfortable engaging with C-level executives).
- Niche Expertise: Prior experience in the Digital Marketing/Agency space is a massive plus.
