Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
Supervise the manufacturing of home textile products such as rugs, carpets, cushions, throws, table linens, curtains, and other textile products.
Coordinate with merchandising, procurement, quality control, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth production flow.
Monitor production capacity and allocate resources efficiently.
Ensure products meet buyer specifications, quality standards, and export requirements.
Minimize production delays, wastage, and manufacturing costs.
Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with the purchase department.
Maintain production records, work orders, and manufacturing reports.
Implement quality control procedures at every production stage.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Train, guide, and evaluate production supervisors and workers.
Resolve production issues and implement continuous process improvements.
Coordinate with export documentation and logistics teams to ensure timely shipment.
Monitor production efficiency and achieve delivery commitments.
Handle customer audits and factory inspections when required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
