About the Role
We are looking for a **hands-on Gen AI Developer** with strong expertise in **Python, RAG, LangChain, and FastAPI** to build and deploy scalable AI-powered backend applications. This is a development-focused role, and we are seeking a **hardcore developer**, not a solution architect.
Key Responsibilities
Develop AI backend applications using Python.
Build RAG-based solutions with LangChain.
Develop and maintain APIs using FastAPI.
Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications.
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
Required Skills
5+ years of software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with **Python, RAG, LangChain, and FastAPI**.
Experience with LLM integration and REST APIs.
Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with OpenAI/Azure OpenAI.
Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate).
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
