We are looking for a smart, confident, and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Director in daily business activities, meetings, communication, travel coordination, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, meetings, calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and business partners.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain important records.
- Assist in business activities, events, and special projects.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Manage travel arrangements and accompany for business meetings/events whenever required.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Smart personality with a positive and flexible mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Professional, trustworthy, and adaptable.
- Comfortable with occasional travel as per business needs.
- Knowledge of MS Office and digital tools.
Experience: 1–5 years preferred
Qualification: Graduate / MBA preferred
