Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Backend Developer Intern to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of backend technologies and be eager to learn, develop scalable applications, and work on real-time projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain backend applications.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Debug and resolve application issues.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and other team members.
- Optimize application performance and security.
- Participate in code reviews and development discussions.
- Learn and implement industry best practices.
- Assist in developing scalable backend solutions.
- Maintain project documentation and technical reports.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of any one of the following programming languages: Java, Python, JavaScript (Node.js), Go, Rust, .NET (C#), or C++.
- Basic understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Basic understanding of RESTful API development.
- Familiarity with SQL databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Basic knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB is an added advantage).
- Understanding of Git & GitHub.
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman.
- Basic understanding of authentication and authorization concepts.
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Good analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
- Passion for backend development.
Eligibility:
- B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc./M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) or any relevant degree.
