Site Supervisor – Modular Kitchens & Wardrobes
Job Overview
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing site execution activities for modular kitchens and wardrobes. The role includes site measurements, installation supervision, coordination with carpenters/vendors, quality inspection, customer communication, and timely project completion.
The candidate must ensure smooth coordination between the showroom, factory, installation team, and customer site.
Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution & Supervision
- Supervise modular kitchen & wardrobe installations at client sites
- Verify site readiness before dispatch and installation
- Take accurate site measurements and re-check dimensions
- Ensure proper leveling, alignment, fitting, and finishing
- Coordinate with installation teams and carpenters
- Monitor site progress and completion timelines
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with production, sales, and design teams
- Handle customer communication professionally during execution
- Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, granite vendors, and other site workers
- Resolve site-related issues quickly and efficiently
Quality Control
- Conduct quality checks before final handover
- Ensure hardware, accessories, and fittings are properly installed
- Minimize rework and installation errors
- Maintain premium finishing standards
Reporting & Documentation
- Share daily site updates with photos/videos
- Maintain installation and handover reports
- Update CRM/MIS or Google Sheets regularly
- Report delays, issues, and pending tasks proactively
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / Polytechnic / Graduate in Civil, Interior, Mechanical, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1–5 years experience in modular furniture/interior site execution
- Experience in modular kitchens and wardrobes preferred
Required Skills
- Knowledge of modular kitchen & wardrobe installation
- Basic understanding of site measurements and execution drawings
- Understanding of hardware fittings and materials
- Ability to handle carpenters and site workers
- Basic AutoCAD drawing understanding preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Professional WhatsApp and reporting discipline

Pay: ₹10,073.87 - ₹27,500.00 per month
