We are looking for an energetic and field-oriented Business Development Executive to support land sourcing, acquisition opportunities, and market expansion initiatives.
Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will play a key role in identifying potential land acquisition opportunities, maintaining broker relationships, conducting field visits, collecting preliminary documentation, and supporting project feasibility assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential land parcels for residential and mixed-use developments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, landowners, consultants, and local stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site visits across Bangalore and surrounding regions.
- Collect and organize title documents and ownership records.
- Coordinate preliminary due diligence activities, including EC, RTC, Mutation, Survey, and Zoning information.
- Support market research, competitor analysis, and pricing assessments.
- Track land opportunities and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Prepare land opportunity summaries and presentation materials.
- Coordinate internally with legal, design, and management teams during evaluation stages.
- Follow up consistently with brokers, landowners, and external stakeholders.
Mandatory Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in real estate business development, land acquisition, sales, or related field roles.
- Willingness to travel extensively within and outside Bangalore.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Basic understanding of land documentation and legal processes.
- Strong field execution capability.
- Fluency in Kannada and English.
- Working knowledge of Google Earth and basic mapping tools.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong follow-up and reporting discipline.
Preferred Requirements
- Prior experience in land acquisition or real estate development.
- Understanding of residential real estate markets.
- Existing broker network within Bangalore or Karnataka.
- Ability to evaluate preliminary project feasibility and development potential.
