- Manage end-to-end inventory including stock tracking, audits, and reconciliation
- Plan and execute timely procurement of raw materials, beverages, and consumables
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, and order placement
- Ensure proper documentation (POs, GRNs, invoices) and maintain records
- Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking
- Implement FIFO method and ensure proper storage to reduce wastage
- Track consumption trends and optimize purchasing accordingly
- Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate performance regularly
- Control costs through effective sourcing and inventory management
- Coordinate with kitchen & operations team for daily requirements
