About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive who enjoys working with numbers and building efficient financial processes. You'll work closely with Operations, Production, Sales, and Brand teams to ensure smooth financial execution across multiple business verticals. You'll be joining a 3-member finance team.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage Purchase Orders (PO), Proforma Invoices (PI), Tax Invoices, Credit & Debit Notes
● Process vendor payments, customer receipts, and bank reconciliations
● Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and payment follow-ups
● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
● Coordinate with Operations, Production, Procurement, and Sales teams on budgets and financial planning
● Support GST, TDS, audits, statutory compliance, and financial documentation
● Monitor cash flow and identify opportunities to improve financial processes
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
● 1–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, or Commercial Operations
● Understanding of B2B, D2C, Creator Merchandise, Brand Partnerships, or E-commerce businesses
● Hands-on experience with POs, PIs, vendor invoicing, AP/AR, GST, TDS, and bookkeeping
● Proficiency in Excel.
● Experience with accounting software’s (familiarity with Tally, Busy, or QuickBooks)
● Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Bonus Points If You Have
● Experience in E-commerce, Retail, Consumer Brands, Creator Economy, or Influencer Marketing
● Knowledge of inventory accounting, production costing, and payment gateway reconciliation
