Qualification:-Diploma/BE.Mechanical
Experience:- 02 to 04 years.
Salary :- 04/05 LPA (As Per Company Standard)
Job Responsibilities:-
- Control the defects as related to paint.
- Good knowledge about Lab test knowledge.
- Good knowledge black powder coating paint shop.
- Maintain productivity with efficiency.
- Monitor critical parameters like paint viscosity, temperature, film thickness (DFT)
- Curing times to maintain production efficiency.
- Identify and troubleshoot defects such as blistering, sagging, orange peel & uneven coating.
- Lead root cause analyses, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Focus on cost savings by optimizing raw material, chemical
- Good Communication & work with CFT.
- Good knowledge about Coating process & Paint booth filtration system.
- Good knowledge about paint defects root cause analysis.
Skills / Knowledge Specifications:
- Deep understanding of pre-treatment lines, degreasing, phosphating (seven-tank processes).
- Familiarity with Electro-Deposition (CED/KTL), liquid painting, powder coating.
- Operation and upkeep of paint booths (clean rooms), curing ovens, conveyor systems.
- Ability to identify all Paint Defects.
- Pretreatments & Surface preparation
- Paint booth & oven operation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work under pressure and efficiently.
