We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (MD) who can provide executive-level administrative support, manage critical business operations, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. This is a high-visibility role requiring professionalism, confidentiality, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Selection Process
- Submit your Resume and Work Sample Portfolio.
- The Hiring Team will review your portfolio based on quality, professionalism, business communication, analytical ability, documentation standards, and executive support capabilities.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the final interview with the Managing Director.
No preliminary interviews will be conducted before portfolio evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily schedule.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and executive events.
- Prepare and maintain Executive MIS Reports.
- Design, update, and present Business Dashboards and KPI reports.
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, and business summaries.
- Draft professional emails, letters, business correspondence, and confidential documents.
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, visa documentation, itineraries, and travel expense management.
- Record Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and monitor follow-up actions.
- Coordinate with departments, vendors, clients, consultants, and senior leadership.
- Conduct business research and prepare executive briefing notes.
- Track business priorities, projects, and deadlines.
- Maintain confidential executive records and documentation.
- Support strategic initiatives and operational planning.
- Assist in preparing reports for board meetings and management reviews.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the Managing Director's office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- 2–8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Coordinator, or a similar executive support role.
- Fresh candidates with exceptional, relevant portfolios may also be considered.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
