Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management:
- Maintain and reconcile client accounts.
- Assist in processing invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on payments.
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and update financial reports.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactions.
- Team Support:
- Collaborate with the accounting team on various projects.
- Provide support during audits and resolve any discrepancies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (OR)
- Freshers can also apply
- Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
- Familiarity with accounting software Zoho Books.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
