We are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer to join our team in Shimla. You will design, build, and maintain modern, responsive web applications, working across both front-end and back-end to deliver complete, high-quality solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, user-friendly websites and web applications from concept to deployment
- Build interactive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks
- Develop server-side logic, RESTful APIs, and database architecture using PHP or Node.js
- Design and manage databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB) for performance and scalability
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile-first design, and fast load times
- Integrate front-end and back-end systems for seamless data flow
- Identify and fix bugs; work with QA to ensure stable releases
- Implement security best practices and data protection measures
- Collaborate with designers, UI/UX teams, and product managers to deliver features on time
- Stay current with emerging web technologies and industry trends
Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional experience in full stack web development
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design
- Solid back-end experience with PHP (Laravel/CodeIgniter) or Node.js
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and basic knowledge of NoSQL (MongoDB)
- Familiarity with Git, version control, and modern deployment workflows
- Understanding of RESTful API design and integration
- Knowledge of performance optimization, SEO basics, and mobile-first development
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Good to Have
- Experience with React, Vue.js, or Angular
- Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Portfolio of live projects or active GitHub profile
