Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily activities of the sales team and maintain sales schedules.
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely execution.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain the data of Sales Team on Trackolap Mobile application.
- Maintain customer databases, sales records,after-sales support and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with Chef Team for Demonstration and Sampling.
- Track sales targets and assist management with performance analysis.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of sales reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Customer Service, or similar role.
- Experience in FMCG, Consumer Durables, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, or B2B Sales will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
