Achievers Connect is looking for an experienced Senior Non-IT Recruiter to join our growing team.
Location: Kudlu Gate, Bangalore (On-site)
Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA
Qualification: Graduate (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
1.Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT positions.
2.Handle leadership, niche, and critical hiring requirements.
3.Guide and mentor junior recruiters and interns.
4.Develop effective sourcing strategies.
5.Interact with clients and gather hiring requirements.
6.Drive closures within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
7.Prepare recruitment MIS reports.
8.Identify and implement process improvements.
Required Skills:
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques.
Experience in mentoring recruitment teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
