Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Calling Executives to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable interacting with customers over phone calls.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers/clients.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain records of conversations and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements
- Good verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in night shifts.
- Prior calling, tele calling, or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
