Position: Senior HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment
- Candidate sourcing through LinkedIn & job portals
- Interview coordination and stakeholder management
- Offer negotiation & onboarding support
- Maintaining recruitment MIS and hiring pipeline
Required Skills:
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Experience in technical and non-technical hiring
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn hiring and job portals
- Ability to manage multiple open positions efficiently
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
