About the Role
VRN INC is hiring a Client Relationship Manager to manage customer and client data, maintain accurate records, and support smooth communication between our teams and clients. This is a great opportunity for someone organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a client-facing role.
Responsibilities
- Enter and update client and lead details in our system
- Maintain records of client conversations and follow-ups
- Organize and manage client data and documents
- Track lead status and flag clients needing follow-up
- Coordinate with sales and client success teams
- Prepare regular reports on leads, clients, and follow-ups
- Ensure data accuracy and correct any errors promptly
- Set and manage follow-up reminders
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
Requirements
- Strong data entry and record-keeping skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage several priorities at once
