- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with NBFCs, financial institutions, channel partners, merchants, and corporate clients.
- Promote the company's fintech products and digital lending solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and implementation.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and business events to generate leads.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing/Finance) is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, fintech, banking, NBFC, insurance, or financial services.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Digital Lending, Loan Distribution, Payment Solutions, Fintech, Banking, or NBFC sales.
- Existing network with DSAs, channel partners, merchants, or financial institutions will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
