We are looking for a proactive and communicative HR Intern to support our recruitment and vendor coordination processes. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple hiring activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with external vendors and recruitment partners to streamline the hiring process
- Follow up with vendors regularly to ensure timely delivery of candidate profiles
- Source and identify potential candidates for open job requirements
- Screen and shortlist candidate profiles based on job criteria
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and internal teams
- Ensure smooth communication between candidates, vendors, and hiring managers
- Support HR team in daily recruitment operations
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
