- Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity and active participation.
- Implement innovative teaching methodologies, experiential learning strategies, and competency-based approaches.
- Assess, monitor, and document students’ academic progress and developmental milestones through continuous evaluation.
- Differentiate instruction to address diverse learning needs and support individual student growth.
- Integrate technology effectively to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
- Maintain classroom discipline while promoting positive behaviour and social-emotional development.
- Collaborate with colleagues, coordinators, and school leadership to achieve educational objectives.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ progress, achievements, and areas requiring support.
- Organize and participate in co-curricular activities, school events, assemblies, and special programmes.
- Uphold child safety norms, school policies, and ethical professional standards.
- Engage in professional development programmes, workshops, and training initiatives.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
