We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the IT sector. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and driving revenue growth for IT services such as software development, web/mobile applications, and digital solutions.
The role involves identifying potential clients, conducting meetings and presentations, understanding technical requirements, and proposing suitable IT solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills, along with a good understanding of IT services and market trends.
Candidates must be comfortable with field visits, client meetings, and achieving sales targets. Prior experience in IT sales, lead generation, and project acquisition will be preferred.
Pay: ₹17,800.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
