The General Manager – PCD Pharma will be responsible for the overall growth and profitability of the PCD business. The candidate will lead sales, marketing, franchise development, operations, customer support, and team management while ensuring business targets and company policies are achieved.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Develop and execute strategies to increase PCD business across India.
- Appoint new franchise partners and distributors.
- Expand the company's presence in new territories.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Sales Management
- Lead and monitor the sales team.
- Review daily sales reports and team performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts and growth plans.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and mentor Business Development Executives (BDEs), Team Leaders, and Sales Managers.
- Set KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Ensure discipline and adherence to company SOPs.
Franchise & Customer Relationship
- Maintain strong relationships with existing franchise partners.
- Resolve customer complaints and business issues promptly.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Marketing
- Plan promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Coordinate with the design and digital marketing teams.
- Improve brand visibility and market reach.
Operations Coordination
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QA, QC, Warehouse, Dispatch, and Accounts departments.
- Ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
- Monitor stock availability to avoid shortages.
MIS & Reporting
- Submit Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
- Present business performance to management.
- Track sales, collections, and pending orders.
Collections & Payments
- Monitor outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for timely collections.
- Ensure customers remain within approved credit limits.
Policy & Compliance
- Implement company policies and SOPs.
- Maintain confidentiality of business data.
- Ensure ethical business practices.
