Job Description:
A Customer Relations Executive (CRE) focuses on building and maintaining positive relationships between a company and its customers. The role blends communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
- Handle complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring quick resolution
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, support, operations) to resolve customer concerns
- Maintain customer records and update databases/CRM systems
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services
- Collect customer feedback and share insights for service improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Min 6 month to 1 year exp
- Prior experience in customer service or client handling is an advantage
- Office-based, call center, or hybrid roles
