We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for our diagnostic laboratory. The candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving patient footfall, building partnerships with doctors, and expanding business growth.
Key Responsibilities:1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote lab services
- Plan monthly and quarterly marketing campaigns
- Identify target markets (hospitals, clinics, corporate clients)
2. Doctor & Hospital Tie-ups
- Build strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals
- Generate referral networks
- Conduct regular visits to healthcare professionals
3. Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities
- Handle B2B partnerships (corporates, insurance companies)
- Increase test volumes and revenue growth
4. Digital Marketing
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google)
- Coordinate SEO and online campaigns
- Monitor online leads and conversions
5. Branding & Promotions
- Plan promotional activities, health camps, and awareness programs
- Develop brochures, posters, and marketing materials
- Manage brand positioning in the local market
6. Team Coordination
- Work closely with lab operations and front office teams
- Coordinate with digital marketing/design team
- Track performance of marketing activities
7. Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor campaign performance and ROI
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports
- Analyze competitor activities
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of healthcare/diagnostic industry
- Digital marketing knowledge (SEO, Social Media, Ads)

- Ability to meet targets and deadlines
Educational Qualification:
- MBA in Marketing / Healthcare Management (Preferred)
- Any Graduate with relevant experience
