Job Summary:
The Field Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all field operations related to a political campaign. This includes managing field staff, organizing and implementing field strategies, and ensuring effective voter outreach and engagement.
Key Responsibilities: Field Operations Management: o Develop and implement field strategies and plans in coordination with the Campaign Director.
o Oversee and manage daily field operations to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
o Coordinate with various teams to ensure effective and efficient campaign execution.
o Managing the field force and getting timely updates from them
o Provide regular feedback to the Field Force and encourage them to take corrective measures on the identified gaps
o Coordination with Field Force through State Heads, Regional Coordinators etc. Staff Supervision:
o Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing support and guidance.
o Monitor performance and provide feedback to ensure high levels of motivation and productivity.
o Plan, conceptualize, strategize and execute high impact end-to-end onground campaigns
Logistics and Resource Management:
o Manage field office logistics, including supplies, equipment, and technology.
o Ensure efficient allocation and use of resources to support field activities.
o Maintain accurate records and documentation of all field operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
