The Global Consulting Services (GCS) team works globally across practices and borders to support Deloitte’s Consulting business. Through the Global Consulting Services team, we provide innovative solutions for cross-cultural, cross-border challenges our teams may encounter around the world. Global Consulting Services Emerging Markets team aims to support adoption and commercialization of emerging technologies like Agentic AI, Sovereign AI, Physical AI, Space Tech and Simulation Experiences. The team collaborates with various Member firms, industries and cross business teams to implement Leadership priorities and vision with respect to market scaling and incubation of emerging technologies.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Prepare and present executive presentations on AI and emerging technologies for Deloitte senior leaders
- Work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, including Innovation teams across Member Firms, Marketing, Core Creative Services to support GenAI and Emerging Markets programs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication, actively participating in collaborative efforts, and advocating for enablement needs
- Demonstrate solid project management skills, taking ownership of a core project from start to finish, and seamlessly support and switch to different workstreams as required
- Conduct research on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices to inform project development. Develop insightful reports, blogs and PoVs on emerging technologies
- Collect, clean, and analyze Sales and Pipeline datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to Global stakeholders
- Plan and execute Global meetings and internal stakeholder engagements, supporting Global leadership to meet their objectives
- Design and deliver interactive and engaging knowledge sharing webpages, newsletters and presentations to promote Global Leadership strategies and foster global collaboration
- Support operational needs of the team, including driving recurring projects independently, organizing project documents and source file on shared drive, and providing guidance and reviewing work of junior team members
- Thrive in a fast-paced global team environment, leveraging strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively in a remote setting
Requisite core skills
- Knowledge of Emerging Technologies like AI and Data, Space Tech, etc.. Knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Copilot and advanced PPT. Familiarity with emerging tech business use cases is a plus
- Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyse information, draw insights from data, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that enhance platform performance
- Project Management: Understanding of Agile principles and project management methodologies, with practical experience of contributing to delivering programs
- Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate effectively with virtual teams, communicate clearly with senior stakeholders, and contribute to knowledge management initiatives
- Proactive, self-motivated, ability to work independently with minimal guidance and manage multiple projects
- Exceptional attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong track record of executing high-impact initiatives
- Strong core consulting skills – i.e. research, financial analysis, business writing, including logical data structuring and proficiency in storyboarding techniques to derive meaningful insights
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including ability to develop a network among primary stakeholders across the thread/team. Adept at building consensus and taking stakeholders’ perspective into account while forging and maintaining relationships.
- Experienced in collaborating effectively across team and career levels, including virtual team environment.
- Highly developed personal and professional ethics are expected.
- Must possess the ability to handle highest level of confidential information.
Qualifications, experience, work location, and timing
We are looking for a passionate, high energy, and self-motivated individual who is accustomed to working independently and collaboratively on small and large projects in a close-knit team.
- Education: Master’s Degree, MBA is preferred
- Work experience: 6+ years of relevant experience in Project Management, Business Intelligence, Market Research, Data Analysis or a related field
- Location: Hyderabad
- Comfortable working with team members and stakeholders across geographies and time zones
- Work hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST (expected to be flexible with time zones)
- Working from office: The individual is expected to come to office at least 2 days a week as per the ‘work from office’ schedule
