Role Summary
Design, build, deploy, and support integrations using Jitterbit Harmony with a focus on premise agents as a secure bridge between cloud applications and internal systems. Own integration reliability, monitoring, and operational support for business-critical workflows.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain Jitterbit integrations (API based, file based, database based) across Salesforce and other enterprise systems (ERP, HRIS, data platforms).

Configure, deploy, and support Jitterbit On-Premise Agents including agent groups, environments, schedules, and upgrades.

Troubleshoot integration failures end to end: connectivity, transformation logic, data quality, authentication, and downstream system behavior.

Design data mappings and transformations, including validation, enrichment, and error handling patterns.

Implement integration observability: logging, alerts, dashboards, and runbooks for incident response.

Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into integration specifications.

Manage secure connectivity patterns: IP allowlists, certificates, SFTP, key management, and least privileged access.

Support release management: versioning, promotion across dev test prod, and change documentation.

Update & Maintain Agent versions as applicable

Maintain integration documentation: interface contracts, data dictionaries, dependencies, and support procedures.
Required Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on integration experience with at least 1 to 2 years in Jitterbit Harmony.

Strong experience with On Premise Agents in enterprise environments (networking constraints, firewall proxy, certificates).

Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, SOAP where applicable, and webhooks.

Solid SQL skills and experience integrating with relational databases.

Implement/Use/Maintain token based authentications

Experience with Salesforce integrations (objects, APIs, authentication patterns).

Proven troubleshooting skills in production environments with SLAs.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with integration patterns involving iPaaS to ERP systems such as NetSuite or similar.

Familiarity with message queues or event driven patterns.

Exposure to security and compliance requirements for enterprise integrations.

Experience with similar middleware tools such as make.com, n8n, etc. is a plus
