1. Customer Intake & Communication
- Welcoming customers: Greet clients promptly, listen to their vehicle concerns, and record detailed descriptions of the problems.
- Vehicle Assessment: Conduct walk-around inspections and accompany customers on test drives to verify issues.
- Status Updates: Keep customers informed about repair progress, unforeseen delays, or necessary additional work.
2. Estimating & Quoting
- Cost calculation: Prepare accurate, transparent estimates for parts, labor, and service times.
- Authorizations: Obtain customer approval before commencing or altering any repair work.
- Warranty management: Advise clients on manufacturer warranty policies, coverage, and routine maintenance schedules.
3. Workflow & Technical Coordination
- Liaising with Technicians: Translate customer complaints into clear, technical work orders for the mechanics.
- Scheduling: Coordinate daily workshop flow, manage appointments, and allocate tasks appropriately.
- Parts coordination: Work with the parts department to ensure the necessary components are ordered and ready.
4. Delivery & Customer Retention
- Invoice explanation: Walk customers through the final repair orders, explaining the exact work performed and charges applied.
- Complaint resolution: Professionally handle customer escalations and concerns to maintain dealership reputation.
- Follow-ups: Contact customers post-service to ensure their issues were resolved and to encourage repeat business. Bachelors

Experience : Minimum 1 year
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
