Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Sanand, Ahmedabad
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Machine Operator with hands-on experience in operating industrial machines. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production operations while maintaining quality and safety standards. Experience in the wire and cable industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machines to ensure efficient production
- Set up machines and adjust settings as per production requirements
- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of machines
- Identify and resolve minor operational issues
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Maintain production records and report any abnormalities
- Work closely with the production team to meet output targets
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: ITI preferred
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in machine operation
- Industry Preference: Wire & Cable industry
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of machine operations and maintenance
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Awareness of safety practices on the shop floor
