Key Responsibilities
- Lead factory commissioning (FAT) of Heat Battery systems before dispatch.
- Perform site installation, erection, commissioning, startup, and SAT at customer locations.
- Conduct hydrotests, leak testing, instrumentation calibration, controls checks, and performance validation.
- Coordinate with EPC partners, contractors, and customers during installation and commissioning.
- Manage vendors for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, pumps, valves, piping, insulation, and skid fabrication.
- Support troubleshooting and continuous product improvements.
- Ensure compliance with IBR, ASME, PESO, and industrial safety standards.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
- 3–7+ years of hands-on experience in industrial equipment erection and commissioning.
- Experience in boilers, steam systems, heat exchangers, thermal power, process plants, or industrial heating systems.
- Hands-on experience with Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
- Experience managing vendors, fabrication shops, and installation contractors.
- Knowledge of P&IDs, pressure vessels, piping systems, and industrial safety standards.
- Willingness to travel 30–40% across customer sites in India.
Preferred
- Experience with boiler commissioning, steam systems, or thermal/process equipment.
- Exposure to ASME, IBR, PESO standards.
- Experience in startup or first-of-a-kind industrial products.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
