The Role
We are looking for a Dental AR Specialist with hands-on experience in US Dental RCM and patient calling. The ideal candidate should be confident communicating with US patients, following up on outstanding balances, and handling AR-related queries professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage outstanding dental accounts receivable and follow up on pending balances.
- Make outbound calls to US patients regarding outstanding balances, payments, and account-related queries.
- Explain patient balances, payment options, and account details clearly and professionally.
- Follow up on unpaid and overdue patient accounts.
- Review patient accounts and identify discrepancies or payment issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing and account-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of patient calls, follow-ups, and collection activities.
- Meet daily/weekly calling and collection targets.
- Handle patient conversations with professionalism, patience, and empathy.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in US Dental AR / Dental RCM.
- Strong experience with US patient calling and collections.
- Good understanding of dental billing, patient balances, insurance payments, and AR follow-up.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls to US patients.
- Experience with dental PMS such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, SoftDent, CareStack, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
