- Lead and manage Area Sales Managers and sales teams.
- Develop sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Monitor secondary and primary sales performance.
- Ensure distributor and stockist management.
- Track competitors and market trends.
- Plan and execute promotional activities and product launches.
- Review team performance and provide coaching and training.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and sales reports.
- Maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
