About the Opportunity
We are hiring dynamic and academically driven professionals for the position of Assistant Professor – Accounts & Finance for our university alliance programs with Arka Jain University and Srinath University.
The role is ideal for candidates passionate about teaching, student development, and skill-based education in Commerce and Management domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students of Commerce and Management with a focus on industry-oriented skill development.
- Deliver practical training in subjects/tools such as:
- Tally
- Business Computer Applications
- Advanced Excel
- Power BI
- Tableau
- SAP-FICO
- Coordinate with the university for academic reporting and day-to-day academic operations.
- Guide and prepare students for internships, placements, and corporate readiness.
- Participate in university evaluation processes, assessments, and academic activities.
- Support curriculum execution and ensure quality learning outcomes.
Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification
Candidates must possess any of the following combinations:
- M.Com / MBA (Finance) with B.Com
- ICMA
- CFA
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in Accounts & Finance or related subjects.
- Experience in skill-oriented or vocational education will be preferred.
Desired Skills
- Strong conceptual knowledge in Accounting & Finance
- Practical expertise in accounting and analytics tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Student mentoring and classroom management abilities
- Industry-oriented teaching approach
