The company is looking for an experienced finance leader from the manufacturing industry to lead financial strategy, control, and operations while supporting business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Control & Reporting
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end and year-end closures
- Prepare and review P&L, balance sheet, and MIS reports
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Cost Management & Analysis
- Implement strong cost control processes within the manufacturing operations
- Manage inventory valuation and monitor production costs
- Conduct variance analysis between actuals and budget to improve efficiency
Strategic Planning & Budgeting
- Develop financial strategies aligned with business growth plans
- Lead annual budgeting and financial forecasting
- Support management with financial insights for key business decisions
Cash Flow & Banking
- Manage working capital and maintain healthy cash flow
- Handle banking relationships and financing requirements
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor liquidity
Compliance & Audit
- Ensure compliance with statutory and tax regulations
- Lead internal, statutory, and tax audits
- Maintain strong financial governance and internal controls
Leadership
- Lead and manage the finance and accounts team
- Strengthen financial processes and reporting systems
Requirements
- CA or MBA in Finance
- 10–15+ years of finance experience, with strong exposure to the manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting and manufacturing finance
- Experience in working capital management and financial planning
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial reporting
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹160,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
