Sourcing Executive
Job description
Sourcing Executive will be mainly focused on finding/sourcing Candidates, for various positions/job openings for our clientele; be it finding candidates in internal databases, on Job Boards or LinkedIn, or any other sources, etc. for IT or non-IT requirements.
The sourcing executive will be working closely with the Customers/Clients, to obtain feedback to direct the research approach in the right direction to find/source the best candidates/talents and submit the resumes to the customary databases/CRMs, etc.
Job Responsibilities will be:
- Reviewing emails, reading and understanding Positions/Job Descriptions
- Creating the right set of keywords, running searches in various databases, job boards, and social media websites (LinkedIn, indeed, ZipRecruiter, ZoomInfo, etc.)
- Matching required criteria, qualifying candidate profiles/resumes, submitting to clients
- Working closely with the Customers to collect feedback, and implement feedback to move forward in the right direction for being productive and making sense to customers.
- Sending status reports, updating Project Management System, notifying all the parties
Skills/Qualification Required:
- 0 to 5 years of experience in Candidate Sourcing/Searching for Domestic/International markets in IT/Non-IT
- Excellent Computer Skills (MS Office and advanced Excel knowledge are a plus)
- Communication skills are MUST, at least an acceptable spoken English/ can communicate in basic spoken English.
- An attitude of taking ownership and accountability of the job/tasks/projects assigned to him/her
Please Note:
- Candidates with immediate OR 1-2 week joining will be preferred
- Candidates with Resume/Profiles/Candidate Sourcing experience will be preferred, whether having experience in the domestic (Indian) market or the International market
- Candidates in more like HR admin roles, won't be fit for this position, as we need people who worked or working or willing to work in searching/screening /qualifying candidates
- We are catering international market, especially US Staffing, hence this will be a career upgrade for any candidate in domestic recruitment or international recruiting space
- General Shift / Second Shift (No Night Shift)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
