Job Description:
Seeking a MicroStrategy Specialist with 5–7 years of experience in Data Analysis and Business Intelligence. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining MicroStrategy reports and dashboards, analyzing complex datasets, and delivering actionable business insights. Experience with SQL, ETL, GCP basics, BigQuery, Airflow Composer, and Python is required
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain MicroStrategy reports and dashboards.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and create technical specifications.
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Optimize existing reports and dashboards for performance and usability.
- Lead end-to-end development and deployment of MicroStrategy BI solutions.
- Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reports and dashboards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.
