Manage end to end recruitment for multiple positions across different departments
Understand hiring requirements and prepare recruitment strategies
Source candidates through job portals LinkedIn social media employee referrals and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic and virtual interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Evaluate candidate skills experience and cultural fit
Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts and joining formalities
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring
Track recruitment status and achieve hiring targets within timelines
Maintain candidate records and update the recruitment database
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Support employer branding campus hiring and recruitment drives when required
Guide junior recruiters and assist the recruitment team in achieving business goals
Pay: ₹49,000.00 - ₹59,000.00 per month
