Job Summary
The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all construction activities and materials comply with project specifications, approved drawings, contractual requirements, and applicable standards. The role involves implementing quality management systems, conducting inspections, coordinating testing, and maintaining comprehensive documentation to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality construction projects.
Required QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in:
- Civil Engineering (for civil works),
Experience
- QA/QC Engineer: 5-10 years
Key Skills & CompetenciesTechnical Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Familiarity with NBC, Indian Standards (IS Codes), ASTM, BS, and IEC standards.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in software such as:
- AutoCAD
- MS Excel and MS Word
- QA/QC documentation systems
- ERP or project management tools
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication and reporting skills.

Summary:
We are seeking a qualified QA/QC Engineer to ensure that all construction activities comply with project specifications and quality standards. The candidate will be responsible for inspections, documentation, material testing coordination, and managing non-conformance issues. A degree or diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with relevant experience is required.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
