Role Overview
We are looking for a Field Executive responsible for conducting CPV (Customer Profile Verification) and KYC of merchants through the Captain App. This role involves on-ground verification and data collection to support merchant onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct CPV/KYC verification of merchants using the Captain App
- Visit merchant locations and ensure accurate data collection
- Upload required documents and information in real-time
- Meet daily verification targets (minimum 5 CPVs per day)
- Maintain quality and compliance standards during verification
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum 10th Pass
- Experience: Fresher can apply
- Age: 18 years and above
Compensation & Benefits
- CTC: Minimum wage as per state regulations
- Fuel Allowance: ₹100 per day (subject to minimum 5 CPVs/day)
- Incentives: Up to ₹15,000 per month (performance-based
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
