Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Operation Executive to oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of housekeeping services, maintaining client relationships, and handling employee coordination. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong computer knowledge, and experience in client and employee management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise housekeeping operations at the site.
Maintain and strengthen client relationships through effective communication and service quality.
Handle employee scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Coordinate with different teams to ensure operational efficiency.
Address client grievances and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare reports and documentation related to operations.
Qualifications:
Any degree (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com, etc.)
Minimum 3 years of experience in handling housekeeping, client relationship management, and employee handling.
Salary:INR 32,000 per month
