We are looking for a Shipping Executive with mandatory experience in Gems & Jewellery / Diamond industry export operations. The role involves managing high-value international shipments, documentation, inventory movement, and order fulfilment.
Important: Only candidates from Gems & Jewellery / Diamond industry will be considered. Profiles from other industries will be rejected.

Manage end-to-end international and domestic shipping operations

Coordinate with logistics partners such as Malca Amit, Brinks, Ferrari, BVC

Handle high-value diamond and jewelry shipments with secure logistics protocols

Manage import and export shipment filing, tracking, and issue resolution

Handle reverse logistics and stranded shipment resolution

Prepare and manage export documentation including invoices, packing list, debit notes, credit notes, and memos

Ensure compliance with Gems & Jewellery export processes

Maintain audit-ready shipment and documentation records

Create purchase orders and manage GRN processes

Track virtual and physical inventory

Execute stock transfers with transfer pricing

Maintain ERP accuracy across inventory, sales, and logistics modules

Track customer orders from PO to dispatch

Ensure error-free and timely delivery

Plan inventory allocation based on demand and profitability

Monitor ageing inventory and generate slow-moving stock reports

Generate daily and monthly MIS reports for shipment, inventory, and fulfilment

Track forecast versus order versus dispatch data

Maintain SKU-level cost, logistics, and pricing data

Validate customer POs including pricing, quantity, and taxes

Resolve shipment-related customer issues

Coordinate with sales team for order visibility

5+ years experience in Gems & Jewellery / Diamond industry shipping

Strong knowledge of G&J logistics, export documentation, and shipping terms

Experience with secure logistics providers such as Malca Amit, Brinks, Ferrari, BVC

Hands-on ERP experience covering inventory, invoicing, and shipping

Experience in inventory control and stock reconciliation

Comfortable working in night shift (7:45 PM to 5:15 AM)

Experience in companies such as Nivoda, HK Designs, SRK, Kiran Gems, Asian Star, Renaissance, Goldiam, Kama Jewelry

Or logistics firms such as Malca Amit, Brinks, Ferrari Logistics, BVC Logistics

Experience handling high-value and insured shipments
