Roles & Responsibilities
- Support Business Management and COO activities across regional teams.
- Partner with Sales, Trading, and Business Heads to drive strategic business initiatives.
- Analyze business performance, revenue trends, client analytics, and market dynamics.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, business reviews, and leadership presentations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and revenue planning activities.
- Drive business strategy initiatives focused on client growth and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Technology, and Product Control.
- Monitor business metrics, expenses, and performance indicators to provide actionable insights.
- Support audit, governance, business continuity, and control-related activities.
- Manage stakeholder communication and ensure timely delivery of business objectives.
- Assist in process improvements, project management, and business transformation initiatives.
Requisites
- MBA / CA / Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- Strong understanding of Global Markets, Capital Markets, and asset classes such as Equities, Fixed Income, FX, and Derivatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience in business management, strategy, reporting, or cross-functional project coordination.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
- Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management and coordination abilities.
- High attention to detail with strong ownership and accountability mindset.
