We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our restaurant team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks efficiently
- Ensure cleanliness of tables, kitchen, and dining area
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service
- Maintain billing and payment records
- Follow all safety and hygiene standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Customer service attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Teamwork and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Prior experience in restaurant/hospitality is a plus
