Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to manage the end-to-end operations of skill development, apprenticeship, and work-integrated learning programs.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with NAPS, NATS, WILP, program implementation, compliance, stakeholder management, and team leadership. The candidate should be comfortable managing operations across multiple locations and travelling PAN India as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end program operations, including mobilization, onboarding, training, apprenticeship, assessment, placement, and completion.
- Manage NAPS, NATS, and WILP processes, documentation, compliance, and operational requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with employers, training partners, educational institutions, candidates, and government stakeholders.
- Monitor key operational metrics including enrollment, joining, attendance, retention, completion, placement, and overall program KPIs.
- Manage MIS, dashboards, reports, documentation, and audit requirements.
- Lead, manage, and mentor operations teams across multiple programs and locations.
- Handle operational escalations and ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Develop and implement SOPs, processes, and operational frameworks to improve efficiency and quality.
- Support new business and project launches, including:
- Setting up operational processes and systems.
- Hiring and deploying operational teams.
- Coordinating project implementation.
- Ensuring smooth and timely project launch.
- Travel PAN India as required for operational escalations, new project/business setup, team deployment, client meetings, and program implementation.
- Work closely with senior management to ensure successful execution of programs and achievement of operational targets.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong working knowledge of NAPS, NATS, and WILP.
- Good understanding of the skill development and apprenticeship ecosystem.
- Strong experience in operations and team management.
- Excellent employer, client, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS, reporting, and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of compliance and documentation processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and execution capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and locations simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel PAN India as required.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate degree required; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Skill Development, Apprenticeship, Training, HR, Workforce Management, or Operations.
- Candidates with hands-on experience managing NAPS/NATS/WILP programs will be preferred.
- Prior experience in multi-location operations and team leadership will be an added advantage.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a hands-on operations leader who can build processes, manage teams, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, resolve operational challenges, and ensure successful delivery of skill development and apprenticeship programs from project launch through completion.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
