Job Title: Sales Executive – Maharashtra Region

Compensation: ₹50,000 – ₹65,000
Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships within the logistics and freight forwarding ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Maharashtra market.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of proven experience in Sales and Business Development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
- Target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales goals.
- Good understanding of customer acquisition and account management.
Preferred Industry Background
Candidates with experience in the following industries will be given preference:
- Freight Forwarding
- Consolidators
- Logistics and Supply Chain
- Transportation and Cargo Services
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
