Role Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. This is a full-time on-site role responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by selling the agency’s creative and digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and presentation skills, experience in selling digital services, and the ability to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
● Generate revenue by selling the agency’s creative and digital marketing services to potential clients
● Identify and connect with prospects through outbound lead generation activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking events, and conferences
● Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities across target industries
● Understand client goals, challenges, and business requirements to create customised proposals and solutions
● Prepare quotations, agreements, and contracts while negotiating pricing, timelines, and project scope with clients
● Coordinate with internal delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project handover
● Maintain and manage the sales pipeline to achieve business growth targets
● Build long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners
● Stay updated with the latest lead generation strategies, digital marketing trends, and technologies
Qualifications & Skills :
● 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales of Digital Services
● Strong lead generation and market research capabilities
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
● Good command over MS Office and presentation tools
● Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
● Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
● Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is preferred
● Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
● Understanding of branding, digital marketing, and creative services
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
